QCOSTARICA — The United Kingdom Post Office (Post Office UK) carried out research into the costs for British tourists to travel to different parts of the world.
Their Worldwide Holiday Costs Barometer for the 18th annual Post Office Travel Money Holiday Money Report Holiday gathered the prices that tourists typically spend on eight essential items during their travels.
Next, it compiled a list of the countries where purchasing these items costs more. Costa Rica’s Tamarindo, in Guanacaste, ranked at the top. Or to put it another way, for the best value destinations worldwide for 2024, Tamarindo was in last place.
