QCOSTARICA — The Costa Rican passport is positioned as one of the 25 most powerful in the world according to the Passport Index 2025, updated in December.
The passports of 199 countries and territories are considered for its preparation, and each is given a mobility score based on the ease with which its citizens cross borders.
