EXPOMÓVIL readies for its 2025 edition

QCOSTARICA — The automotive sector, in general, is warming up its engines, when, in a few days, Expomóvil opens its doors to the 2025 edition.

From March 20th to 30th, the annual event takes place, once again at the Pedregal Events Center in Belén.

More than 60 brands and 350 models, from various dealerships and representatives across the country, offer the best deals for acquiring a brand new car.

Bank financing will also be offered onsite.

This new vehicle fair has been held in the country since 1986 by AIVEMA, and according to records, the 2024 edition was the most visited, with more than 77,000 people over the ten days.

Increased inventories, new brands, improved technology, and, of course, the availability of electric cars, are the factors that most influenced the activation of the automotive industry.

For 2025, the most sought-after vehicles in the personal banking segment are SUVs (vehicles that combine the qualities of a light vehicle and an all-terrain vehicle), followed by hatchbacks and sedans. In the SME segment, the preferred vehicles are pickup trucks, whether gasoline or diesel.

The event hours are:
