“This event is of significant importance since many of the performers witnessed the birth of Sax Fest and ALASAX when they were still students in their first editions. Therefore, I enthusiastically urge you to be part of this unique experience. I invite you to immerse yourself in all academic and artistic activities, conceived with the noble purpose of transmitting knowledge and promoting artistic development. Your presence will not only be an honor but also a valuable contribution to the continuity and enrichment of this celebration that unites generations passionate about music and the saxophone,” said the director of the festival and professor of the Saxophone Chair at the University of Costa Rica, Javier Valerio.
